General Questions
What are your hours?
Our telephone hours are from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. We are closed weekends.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, payments via PayPal and all major credit cards.
Email Questions
Do you provide email?
Yes, we provide POP and webmail access. You do not need a website to have email at a domain name. We can setup email using your domain name, or register a new name for you and start using email immediately.
What are your email server settings?
Our email settings are:

Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com    Port 110
Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com    Port 587

Account Name (or Username) is your email address.

Password is whatever you (or I) setup previously.

Outgoing server requires authentication, use same as incoming.

Do not use SSL or SPA.  SSL is available for extra fee.

Do you provide webmail with your hosting?
Yes! Your webmail address will be http://mail.yourdomain.com.
Domain Name Questions
Do you provide Internet service?
No, we are not an ISP.(Internet Service Provider) We use and recommend Suddenlink Communications for service.
Content Management System Questions
I cannot upload images.  After a brief upload, I get an error message "NO FILE UPLOADED" or similar.
In most cases, this is because you are uploading a HUGE image (Over 2MB).  Please resize your image to about 1000 pixels wide and try again (we recommend 800 x 600 for images). See our LINKS page and download the Image Resizer for an easy, right-click resize option.
