MOVE THE MAIL.

New service. A careful handoff.

LET'S TALK ABOUT IT ↗

Start with what needs to stay

An email move should account for messages, folders, address lists, shared access, and the devices people use. Send the current provider and the addresses involved. We will discuss access requirements and what the proposed service can move before a change is scheduled.

Coordinate the domain records

Mail delivery depends on the domain's email records. Website and email hosting can be separate services, and a website move does not automatically mean your mail should move too. Reviewing the current DNS setup helps avoid changing a record that another service still needs.

Give the transition a plan

Mail already stored on a device may be different from mail stored on the server. Old accounts may need to remain active while a migration is checked. We will clarify the scope, timing, device changes, and any limits before you cancel an existing provider.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SERVICE

LET'S CLEAR IT UP.

Why should I use an email address with my business domain?

An address such as [email protected] connects your communication to your business name and gives customers a consistent way to recognize you. It can also support separate accounts for different employees or roles. Mediajaw can discuss branded email alongside your website or review your existing email arrangement.

How many email accounts come with the $99 website plan?

One professional email mailbox is included with the $99 monthly website plan. Additional accounts can be quoted based on your needs. Tell Mediajaw how many people need their own mailbox and whether you also need role addresses such as sales@ or info@, so the setup can be planned clearly.

What are the incoming email settings for Mediajaw email?

For the Mediajaw email service using secure.emailsrvr.com, configure incoming mail as IMAP with server secure.emailsrvr.com, port 993, and SSL/TLS enabled. Use your complete email address as the username. Your password is entered privately on your device; do not email it. These settings apply to that service, not every email provider.
