PRINT-READY.

A better starting file makes a better finished piece.

LET'S TALK ABOUT IT ↗

Original files come first

Send the original design, photograph, or a high-quality export. A screenshot or social-media copy often loses detail. Vector artwork is useful for logos and lettering that must scale. Tell us the finished size so we can assess whether the file has enough detail for that use.

Size, proportion, and edges matter

A 10-by-4-foot banner and a square image have different proportions. Decide how the layout should fit rather than stretching the artwork. Bleed, safe margins, borders, and finishing needs depend on the job. We can explain the export requirements for your specific order.

A proof is a decision point

Check spelling, names, phone numbers, dates, URLs, and QR codes. Screen color is not an exact prediction of print color, and changing DPI metadata does not restore missing image detail. Ask about a printed proof if color, scale, or fine detail is critical.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SERVICE

LET'S CLEAR IT UP.

What file should I send for a print quote?

Send the original high-resolution image, a print-ready PDF, or the editable design if available. Include the finished dimensions, quantity, intended use, deadline, and any finishing needs. Keep a copy of the original. Mediajaw will review whether the file needs adjustments before production rather than assuming every upload is ready.

Does Mediajaw offer wide-format printing in San Angelo?

Yes. Mediajaw offers wide-format printing in San Angelo with a Canon imagePROGRAF GP-4000. Projects can include art prints, photographs, posters, and other large graphics. Send your original artwork, finished dimensions, quantity, and intended use so the paper, production method, and finishing can be reviewed.

How large can the Canon GP-4000 print?

The Canon GP-4000 accepts media up to 44 inches wide. The finished image size depends on the selected media, margins, orientation, and finishing. Tell Mediajaw the dimensions you need before preparing your file. Larger installations may require a different production approach or multiple coordinated pieces.
